Architected the organization’s first comprehensive developmental framework, establishing 3-year operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to benchmark and drive future growth.
Developed and documented the organization’s core brand messaging framework, creating consistency across all public-facing communications and donor materials.
Authored the FY26 Membership Playbook, a strategic guide for recruitment and retention, formalizing processes for the first time.
Spearheaded the planning and execution of a successful anniversary dinner fundraiser.
Launched a structured social media and newsletter strategy by creating a quarterly content calendar and a new, professional email template, increasing communication efficiency and audience engagement.
Built a foundational public relations toolkit, including a press release template and a targeted media contact list, to amplify organizational messaging.
Engineered and distributed post-event surveys for “Eat Local Week,” analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to create a comprehensive report that informed leadership decision-making for future strategic planning.
